Agile Principles and Scrum Training

At the/experts, we’re skilled in navigating complex projects with evolving requirements and dynamic scopes, where adopting Agile (Scrum) correctly plays a key role in ensuring success. Our highly experienced, certified trainers are the guardians of this knowledge, providing master-level Scrum training that focuses on effectively guiding development teams and fostering optimal interaction with Product Owners and (business) stakeholders.

The training spans two days and provides directly applicable tools for all functions, roles, and positions within results-oriented organizations, such as IT management, developers, testers, architects, and project managers. It consists of two parts: an introduction to Scrum principles and a comprehensive Scrum Master training. In particular, the program is carefully structured around Scrum theory, background, and principles: Lean principles, the Scrum-Master role,  Servant Leadership, and project and release planning.

Training outcomes include:

• Agile principles and values are experienced firsthand, leading to a deeper understanding.
• Knowledge of Scrum theory, including terminology, roles, activities, and artifacts is established.
• Scrum-Master skills are developed to facilitate Scrum activities, such as Sprint Planning Meetings, Daily Scrums, Demos, and Retrospectives, while also managing impediments.
• Product Owners receive training in managing the Product Backlog.
• Development Team receives guidance toward self-organization and cross-functionality.
• All roles have the opportunity to apply newly acquired knowledge through a full Scrum simulation.
• Trainees are prepared  for PSM-1 Assessment for Scrum Masters.

• Location: the/experts Athens office or location of your choice anywhere in Greece, upon request.
